I've had a few questions on this now, so....
I have no plans to take down this site. I'll keep it up and running and responding to comments for the foreseeable future.
So, rest assured, the tutorials will remain.
For everyone that has joined me in this journey, THANKS! I know I would not have all these blocks done if it wasn't for your support.
To provide a little incentive for all of us to continue in this journey, I'm having a draw. To enter, you need to send me a link to or picture of your completed quilt top (or quilt) by December 31, 2010. I'll give you one entry if the top is finished and two entries if it is quilted and bound too.
I will add pictures of the completed tops to this blog, with links back to the owner, unless you ask me not to.

Well, I won't be eligible for the drawing but, if you have another one next year, I might make that deadline! I'm looking forward to seeing all the pictures.
Thanks for putting all this together. I started my NI quilt last Sept and finished it in April. It's been quilted and bound and has a permanent place on my bed. I LOVE it. I can't wait to see the photos of your finished quilts as I keep coming back to your tutorials to see how you are going. One or two of the blocks had me stumped and this site gave me the answers I needed. what an achievement getting it finished!

Hi!!
I have finally completed the Nearly Insane binding. I emailed a photo (did you receive it??) If not I have posted some photos to my blog.
Thank-you so much for all your instructions and weekly posts - I couldn't have done it without you and the other girls following this blog.
I heard a great quote the other day, "People who cook only do so because they can't quilt!" Here here!
Merry Christmas everyone..........till the next quilt!!
Today is April 9th and I just finished my top! I started it in January so it took three months to finish the piecing. Not bad! Now to decide on a quilting pattern.
I just today, Nov 11, 2011, found your blog. I bought the Nearly Insane book a few months back at a quilt show and I very much want to make my own version.
I DO HOPE you are keeping this blog going as I'd like to go all through it in the next year at least.

I have come across this website. I love the tutorials you have given.
I am about to start this adventure this week with my quilt group.
I hope I can use this site to help me through my journey.
Thankyou
